    From Deluxe Rooms to Penthouse Suites

    Parkside Hotel & Apartments offers a range of rooms from deluxe to penthouse suites suited to couples, single travellers or families travelling together.

    All our Deluxe rooms and Suites have a kitchenette, washing machine / dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and a private balcony. In addition, the Penthouse Suites offer classically styled furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and amazing views across the city from the 10th floor.

  • Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the front desk.

    The number of available cribs is limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis

  • The exercise area (gym) is located in Basement 1. Please comply with the following rules:

    Operating hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

    The exercise area is a limited access facility.

    All users must be 16 years of age or older.

    Only registered guests may use the facility.

    The use of the room is limited to 4 guests at one time.

    Please use the towels that are available within the facility.

    Please advise the Front Desk if there are problems with any of the equipment.

    Alcohol and drugs are not permitted in the exercise area.

  • Ice can be delivered upon request and a vending machine with selected snacks and drinks is located on ground floor.

  • Mail and messages received at the hotel may be collected by either calling or stopping by the front desk.

  • We do not accept cash. Payment may be made by Eftpos or credit card. We accept American Express (4% surcharge) Visa, MasterCard (2.5%). There is no surcharge for payments made by Eftpos.

  • Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Please contact the front desk regarding the possibility for a late check-out.

  • Our hot tub is located next to the swimming pool which is open from April to October. Children must be accompanied by guardian. No glass on premises. Swim at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Call front desk for pool hours

  • For your convenience, washing machine/dryer is located in all rooms.

  • Should you lose your key card please notify the front desk immediately so that your key card can be reprogrammed. Please return your key card to the front desk upon check-out.

  • Don’t answer the door in a hotel or motel room without verifying who is there. If a person claims to be an employee, call the front desk and ask if someone from their staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose.

    When returning to your hotel late in the evening, use the main entrance of the hotel. Be observant and look around before entering parking lots, and before leaving your vehicle. Use your key card to swipe at the main entrance after 6pm.

    Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use all of the locking devices provided.
    Do not needlessly display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on tables, at the swimming pool, or other places where they might be stolen.

    Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.

    Do not invite strangers to your room for any reason.

    Place all valuables in the hotel safety deposit box.

    Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

    Check to see that any sliding glass doors or windows and any connecting room doors are locked.

    If you are traveling with children, provide adult supervision and know their whereabouts at all times.

    If you see any suspicious activity, please report your observations to the reception.
